Any chance to move my character from US server to EU server(here)?

Hello,
Is there any chance to move my character from US server to EU server(here)?
(with my VIP status and my belongings).

Still not having character on EU servers, and that's why cannot submit ticket to ask
(also, servers are in maintenance so can't make a char )

Unfortunately, characters cannot be transferred to a different server or platform.

And to address your ticket concern- you'll find the link to the ticket system on the bottom of your server selection screen as shown below

thanks, but this "Click here." i cannot see it (and when try to open ticket, for anything, it asks me to select server->character ).
And, this with moving, not helping me I clicked on wartune link, (somewhere from banner), and played the game for 7 days, and paid near 30$ for vip and balens But the big problem is timing, can't participate in any BG and anything else with "screwed" timing for me (6-7AM for me) .
Need escape from this situation, but dunno what to do

PS. I wrote some tickets on US support, BUT no answer(not related with character moving, but with other issues/suggestions). I guess, they do not concern about their customers

Kabam does not provide support for Wartune. When you log into Wartune on Kabam, and you see the Server Selection List, where you would then choose US Server # etc, look at the bottom of that page.
