Does anyone know how to get the mount spirit in order to synthesis nightshade mount in the blacksmith?

You get it from Warrior's Mark, the Cross Server PVP weekly reward for those who get more than 1k point.

Get man 2 Warriors's Mark if man have 2k points? for every 1000 points give it one? or is only one for 1000+
