If i have all my guild skills lvl 10 and i quit guild to set up my own guild, will my skills go back to 0 or still at lvl 10?

Open Guild Skills menu and read the description. It says:
"Once you leave a guild all guild skills will temporarily disappear until you join another guild".Name: Epsy

The guild skills will be still be at 10 for you but you can't progress til the guild you join gets to skill tower 10....... oh wait you can't progress at all since 10 is the max.
