you can get the cards called mount spirit cards each saturday from the cross server point rewards chest called warrior's mark, the first week i got 2 of these cards from one box others got 1 only or none so it is random. You have to reach 1000 or more cross server points earned from group arena or BG to get the warrior's mark reward chest, to check your cross server points go to the arena page where you join group arena and look for the pvp rankings button .

as far as i know you can only get one warrior's mark my guild leader had more than 1k points he first week yet still only got one warrior's mark chest, however your overall points total does factor in to the top 20 ranking rewards and i am unclear about what the rewards are for getting into the top 20 .
