Stat Discussion: BLOCK and Block Rate

I have been experimenting with block rates for about a month now, calculating number of hits and number of blocks each day, this is the best i could come up with(I have 1.6k block), given a character has 5% chance of naturally blocking an attack, my block rate should become 21% by this formula, which is exactly the results i got each day(Ignoring the WB as u get a buff on block stats too now)
