May be old news to some, but the post-patch quirk of not being able to use arrow keys in the Wilds (after chatting) got a bit aggravating. So, I started messing around and figured out:
Click the "recharge" button, close the recharge window, and go back to panning.
Or use a keyboard shortcut to open a new window or tab, close either (with mouse or shortcut), and go back to game (guildmate took my method and took it further).
Still extra steps where there shouldn't be any, but at least it no longer requires a refresh. If you chat, you will probably lose arrow keys again, so just redo either of the above methods.
