How come when i blacklist somebody I can still see what they type in chat?

A true blacklist should block all forms of communication from that player.

it a does however completely reset your friendship level with that person. so don't use it ever. as it's totally useless when was the last time you where spammed with PM's?

Blacklist doesn't permeate all functions.

It's just for show. Atleast not that I know of any useful things it does.
