Gems for Archer?

Hello.. I wanna ask about gems for archer.
Which one better? PATK, PDEF, MDEF or PATK, Crit, HP?
Does anybody feels the effect of Crit gem? If yes, what it does? Is it boost your crit damage? or chances of crit maybe?
Or perhaps another recommendation from archers out there? that would be great..

Hi the best thing you can do always is click on the top right under the globe on the rankings and look at the top archers and see what kind of astrals and gems they use. I am pretty sure that PATK / Crit / Determination are the top 3 choices and only then other things starting from MDEF probably for catacombs.
