Rewards for helping lower level guild members

Just an idea i thought of to encourage the stronger guild members to help out their weaker guild mates.

Sometimes when a fellow guild mate struggles to get a team together to do multi-player dungeon runs they ask guild mates to help out. Im a lvl 59 mage and once I have done my Tarratons Lair runs I sometimes help out my lower level guildies in the Void or GoD etc, I get no rewards but i help out. I think it would be a good idea for some sort of reward system for doing this, either to the individual or a guild reward, and to add to this, maybe some sort of guild bonus to any dungeon runs done with all guild members.....What do people think?

If there's any sort of rewards, it should be minimal.

guild contribution for doing dungeons with guild members would be cool, but other than that, its a bad idea and could potentially destroy the game.
If there was a reward for helping out lower level players, then higher level players would always be wanting to help the lower levels, meaning no one would form proper groups and the challenge would be gone.

lmfao you should help your guild mates out just cus the stronger they r the stronger ur whole guild is im a guild master of a number 1 guild and thats becouse ALL of us will help to makes sure everyone gets there mp in and our bonus is the lower levels moving up thats enough for us

Bingo. We help lower leveled guild mates because we want them to get better and stronger. It's helping the guild grow. That's all that is needed.
