Considering all the issues with the first part of the patch haven't been ironed out yet, I'd say it's a good thing the second part has been pushed back. Let's get everything that's already in the game working as intended, then move on to new features.

Think he's making a joke. Look at the date 4/20. If you know what that means you probably know it is a joke. On topic. There is no official release. My guess though either this week or next week. Since a dev stated that it is warm when someone said the 21st of March.

Patch 1.5 part 2 patch notes said, "Early April". So expect it April 4th or 11th during routine maintenance.
