I feel that if someone is going to start a guild they should be quite active especially since only a guild leader can upgrade the guild or its buildings. The 10 day waiting period for a leader to be offline before a new one is chosen is far too long especially considering the 3 day voting period. Either the 10 days should be significantly reduced or there should be a way to keep your contribution when leaving a guild since you may as well find a new guild rather than waiting 2 weeks before your guild actually starts functioning again.
