i lost my character.............i reached till lvl 15 but wen i loged in again , i found that i had to restart it frm 1 again......so please fix that problem

Which server and platform are you from?

When you tried to play again are you sure you picked the right server again? When I first started I forgot which server I was on so it took a few tries to find the right server as all I remembered was it was 20 something.

If ur char has no crystal on it or is not level 20 it gets automatically deleted to let others use the name and not fill the server with useless characters im sure lv 15 takes a couple of hours to get just start over

I thought that occurs only at a merge. Do you have a source for this?
