the more peeps you close the threads on, when they have genuine problems, the more peeps u lose from this game... im sick of everone leaving, ive spent too much to leave now, but trust me i dont mind finding another game if this continues... i spend a lot of money here, i have a MUCH better BR than most, i win most... im happy... as far as one can be happy with there own achievements...

now if someone comes to you & says about there lag probs or any other probs for that matter, you need to look into there probs & FIX THEM!! its not hard, we pay you money, you fix probs!! why the hell do i wana spend all my money on a game full of probs, its not just lag, as most peeps get, but even in solo duals, they make 2 - 3 hits to my 1 hit!! how is this fair??? & making all of us players wait for peeps who have lag when we in mp dungeon? big & small spender alike have to wait, you will lose everyone, & the reason you will lose everyone is simple... instead of sorting out all the probs, u keep adding things to the game to earn more money, instead of sorting out existing probs, ur greed will be the end of you i promise that...

this is an awesome game, pls dont ruin it with greed like so many games have before, look after customers 1st, then the customers (like myself) will look after you, damn my wings & all my clothes are lv 3 already, i have all the steads, i spend **** loads just refreshing the mystery shop, (which im not happy about) buty i spend damn it, if udont listen to me, & you dont fix all the probs everyone has instead of looking after yourself s 1st, then you truly deserve to lose this game & any other games you have, cus there are much better peeps in this world to have running games like this, peeps who dont care about greed, peeps who have at least SOME respect for them slefs & the players around them.

if you dont have any respect for peeps & only care about our money, wow, whats more importent... you making as much money as u can & making all your players leave the game? or you keeping customers happy & encourage even more peeps to spend here?

its not a hard choice, forget your greed, keep the customers happy & i promise they will keep you happy!

but keep ♥♥♥♥ us about like you are right now, you will lose everything in the end!!

Red your prob right, but with our last game koc, as much as we liked the game, we eventually got fed up with there attitudes, & after something over 3 years we left the game, ive hardly been here 3 months, already spent in the hundreds, if there happy to lose players like that then thats there lose, if they actually open there ears to players like us, everyone wins, its there choice in the end, either they want our money or they dont, with every 'maintenance' they make things get worse for all players, everyone has to wait longer for peeps to refresh etc, R2 must have SO many complaints coming in they dont no what to do with them all, but instead of even 'trying' to fix them, they add more & more stuff what isnt needed, dont get me wrong some of the stuff they add is GREAT!! but like many other greedy games, they add stuff to earn them more money, when they still have MANY probs what need sorting out 1st... so it sadly looks like this game is all about greed & they simply dont care about the players or even how good there game works, so long as they can take a big wod of our cash that fine hope they enjoy while they can cus it wont last long with there attitudes...

I have been waiting for 15 days for a glitch in there system that took 3k balem, they said they will compensate but by tomorrow i will be filling a charge dispute with My credit card company to recover my money.
they threaten to ban my account if i do but i have just about enough with their incompetence and attitude, they can keep this account

your right somethig should be done about this, specially since they turn there game into an online casino, any money spent here should result in a reward, no one gives money away for nothing (unless for charity) this game is by no means a charity, why should we gamble on upgrading our wings or clothes, do they have a gambling license??? i think not, yet they make us gamble anyway, just like my last game, everyone left cus of there greed, i can easily see the same thing happening here aswel

seems to me they wont help, all the money they earn from us go's towards making them more money, NOT towards helping our game play or even keeping it fair, no you cant have this but if u give us money u can have it, its all money money money to these peeps, they dont care who they p*ss off in the mean time, all they want is money, will be the end of them as far as im concerned!!

yea us spenders should get more, we keep the game going, but trust if they dont sort lag probs out etc will be the end of this game for EVERYONE!!

at least u didnt close the thread, tks for that, but there are serious probs with this game, & as much as i want the new patch updates, these probs are more important, R2 need to fix probs before they create more probs, more & more peeps keep leaving this game, mostly its all the 'spenders' what leave, this is no good for R2, its no good for anyone, so why keep adding things before fixing the probs of the things already added??? they make the game worse for everyone, they make peeps quit, on what planet is that a good thing??? i have many other greed complaints about R2 aswel but thats not importent right now, they need to fix there game or everyone will leave, ive known at least 20 top spenders leave this game already, dont make it any worse, fix the issues!!

First of all I will say that you guys complaining know nothing about coding. It is a lot more complicated than you think. They do not know how long something will take to fix so all they can say is "we are working on it". Sending tons of complaints about the same issues does not help it get fixed faster and it clogs up the forums so other stuff could be missed. Posts and threads are only deleted or locked from what I have seen when they provide no useful information such as a good description of the problem, character name and server number.

The mods are in a difficult situation because they want to help but all they can do is forward information to the appropriate team that actually works on the game or offer suggestions to help the problems that are more on the client side and direct players on how to voice their concerns. I personally think they do a good job and I have many of my own issues with this game to, some which are very serious and I am trying to get dealt with in tickets right now.

I will say though that with the amount of money that players feel the need to spend to keep up within the top 10 or 20 on their respective servers is not proportionate to the service we are being given, but I guess we have to make up for the free players. How much more R2 could afford to put in their budget to help fix problems and customer support, I have no idea and perhaps there are a lot of free players and all the quitting that contributes to this feeling lower than it should.

Both occasions I've posted about game problems, there has been no help, only rude responses! I've had enough of this lag & nothing being done about it! Why work on new patches, when the game dont work right now? whats the point when people cant play due to lag!!

This needs to be brought to their attention that it is a major problem effecting everyone!

The lag has been brought to their attention and I have numerous players in my guild with the same issues. It would be nice to at the very least hear that they are aware the problem is not just client side and that they have identified a problem and are working on it. I don't think I have seen an announcement yet.

But you are not alone, I am close to quitting as well, for a variety of reasons.
