Can you change it when you BLOCK a player for being a jerk that they CAN'T perilously annoy you by sending dungeon invites every second ?

I agree on many levels with this!! There are people who PM you incessantly, send invites every few seconds and turning off the invite feature entirely makes it more difficult to interact with the players that have some common sense, or those that harass/abuse other players in chat and you can't mute them in any way. This is INSANE not to be able to mute someone, at least!
