So during the maintenance, did r2 put the game time an hr behind but forgot to adjust the server clock?

Yes, and I missed World boss cuz of that. It's 1.2m gold&daru loss for me. But god thanks R2Games sent a prize which included atleast 200k Gold and Daru for maintenance. -
