Kongregate Admins wish to know about "issues" that players have from Kong

This is a first from Kongregate that I have ever seen. Congratulations. I wonder if my 13 day old issue now qualifies..... and the ticket is STILL open.

Kongregate went after call of gods and they made them pay big time.

The guy that posted that is a known moderator. R2's customer service is terrible. It wouldn't surprise me at all to see Kongregate go after them. They're a very respected (and profitable) gaming website. They don't want this type of awful customer support coming back on them and ruining their reputation.
