Compensation for 5 days lost due to 7/16 load issues

I just received the final word from R2 on getting compensated for losing 5 days of game play due to their server crash:

"We cannot compensate for that.Sorry for the inconvenience we may have made.Wish you have fun.

The R2Games Team"


Any game that can't treat their customers as valued, doesn't deserve customers. This is the last straw for me with this company. I will stay away from any game this company has anything to do with.
