    well we can see how u treat ur players r2, u gave us less then posted for down time, nice work guys, how many of u are happy at the moment with r2 games, and ur customer service yeam sent us all messages saying we would be compensated, wow u guys suck

    its like the developers run the company and not the people in charge, so the developers in a sense say, lets see how we can **** peoplke off, and make them upset, nice work r 2 games, maybe u need a better system, and have a person that knows how to handle customers take over and tell the developers what to do, they are not qualified to make real decissions in the best interest of ur company, they can only develop, umm, maybe u need to learn how to manage ur company and make ur customers happy every so often

    It's not fun to compete in a competitive natured game when the odds are always against you.

    Oh - it's not R2's fault, it's their DNS provider's fault. So.... why were the servers not shut down during this DNS failure over the span of 3 days?
    And also did you notice those people who were lucky enough to stay online were given...... that's right - the same compensation. Please continue stacking the cards against your players; both paying and free. Meanwhile, we search a new game with our friends now that our accounts are free. Perhaps in the coming months, Mods, whose job is to silence the dev management issues with this game can get a point across to their bosses and this game will have an even playing field. I hope the people playing the game at that distant future time will enjoy.

    Thank you for taking the time to advise us of your concerns. We are aware the servers were down and have been reloaded. There was a system issue with the Web hosting company who had Internet-wide attack. We are aware that many players have lost opportunities for battles, Guild Wars, etc. Developers will make the decision about compensation. Please rest assured that we; on the Customer Service team have requested and even insisted that compensation be sent out. This will be done automatically in the system once the developers do make the decision. Once again we apologize for the trouble and inconvenience you have encountered.
    We appreciate your patience and understanding. that was the 1st time they sent a message, so i am guessing customer support is not really customer support

    Thank you for your reply; we are sorry you feel that way. But unfortunately the developers have made the rules and have the final say in regards to these matters. If you need to contact us again just reply to this ticket and it will re-open it again.

    gold and daru we didnt get that others got that were online, i missed 2 wb and they got 2million gold and daru, we got 300k gold, i mean come one, they messed up, was not our fault game down and only some could play, should compensate us more, allot lost xp, gems, and all the other stuff they get daily
