Does Scrutiny work? I think i'ts buggy ><

Scrutiny i have lvl 2 and i see a diffrens me that at my Arrow Strike.

But ofc 3% at a low crit is not big diffrens everthing depends of you base stats to for see some diffrens.

I do arount 18k in World Boss me 50% i do arount 36k me Arrow Strike and before my upgrade i was at 9-10k only. and 18-20k at World Boss.
