Problems with recharging balans :(

on s 16 i cant recharge balens when i click Recharge balens it says the card is declined for some od reason?? So anybody else got this problem ?

It happenned to me also, it ends up being a security measure caused by your IP adress. If you use a proxy to access internet, it will very likely proc this measure. Just call Playspan, they are very effective on fixing the problem for you, and allow you to make purchases. Their customer support toll free number is 877-703-6339.
