Level 6 Enlightenment?

I don't remember when I obtained level 5 enlightenment. Is there a chance for me to receive level 6 enlightenment or do I have to fully bless to 70 and wait till it resets again? Thanks

Would you please tell what is the % for lvl6? Level 5 gives me 7% of troop patk, what would lvl6 give?
