Can't Log in!!!

Since the new patch was up I am not able to log in to the game, loading finishes then everything freezes before the game starts.
Any ideas?

Try clear cache and all the rest of that stuff? o.o

cleared cache. cookies, etc and didn't work, I tried to make an account on another server and everything worked normally there
