That event lasts for long time, isn't really hard to make it in time at all, but yes it saves & helps time by a bit <>

On the new servers, there are what we call server events.
One of the events is when you reach level 32, you will get some event reward, and guess what is it???!!
-- Yeah, that is right, a 40 set weapon (not legendary though)... If they got this before the event expired, then they have saved themselves from getting 80 crystaloids..

Now, there is also an event where you will be awarded when you reach level 40... Guess what???
-- Yeah, a couple of crystaloids and legend stones (level 40)!!!! So if they reached level 40 fast enough, they would get all these items for legendary 40 weapons, and save a LOOOOOOT of time (and cash) to get crystaloids and legend stones!!!

They already lost out on time.

They can't that's true if they get merged right away. It all depends on when they get merged though. If it takes a good 4-5 months before they merged with s2 then it is very much possible to complete with s2 since most people should be around the same lvl by then. Most people should have around the same lvl gear as well. Not to mention I am sure there be a lot of guilds looking into guild merging as well to help keep guild strength going. Now if they get merged with s2 less than 4 months time then it be really hard to compete.

If they lost out on 3 months, they can never make up on lost ground. Bear in mind that the top players on the older servers never miss a single day and single tasks.

Of course, money can solve most things in this game.
