Nope, can either give you a tiny bit more damage, or give you less. If you want to deal more damage, use Will Destroyer

though i tested this on 20 wbs if u do a crit build like most do and use ruthlessness u get more gold/daru total(in my expirience) from the 10 wbs useing ruthlessness 8 got more than the 10 without i did same stats everytime so idk kinda has a use or could just be my luck ^^
