Mini wing upgrades

Is it possible to upgrade the tiny/miny wings to any lvl like the normal wings?

asking because my server has them on special recharge atm and im considering it. but am not going to rush into it as ive already spent 7k balens on 3 fails to lvl 3 wings .

so any advice and or pics id appreciate it. thnx

simple answer is no! baby wings cannot be upgraded n should be added as a free event item instead of a pay to get item
