Does anyone know if and how I can use Ultimate points to get balens?

yes u can, but u have to click recharge, then select the amount of balens you want to buy, and click playspan at the bottom. when tht pops up, select 6 more choices on the right and select ultimate game card. After tht, you have to log in at the top of the screen with ur ultimatepay account and your ultimatepoints should pop up.
