Why come in here and post someone's name under a heading of Hacker.
It would have been more prudent to start a thread asking if it is possible for a player to do that.
There are far too many threads accusing people of being hackers or cheats. The accuser has no proof and is just throwing accusation's around because they can't do the same thing as the accused.
Just because someone does something that you can't does not make them a cheat.Comment

Lol you think his BR is scary? go look at Monstaa, in the cross server rankings, who is level 59, who's BR matches his level, and/or higher. Then come back and complain.
If people slow level, and are smart with how they play/pay, then yes they can build these monsters
