You can get Lord Divine at level 59 right? I heard somewhere that you can only get Imperial Commander at level 59 o.o

There are restrictions by levels, but I don't know exactly what they are. I know 39 can only get 32000 even (crusader) for example. I would like to know all the restrictions, as well, if anyone knows them.

Crusader is the max for level 40 as well. Elite crusader is the max for 41-50. Idk the rest.

i can affirm lord divine is max for 59. checked the cross server ranking some lv 59 had 235000 honor.

At how much honor do you think it will stop on level 59s? 239k? 239.99k? So it will pressure the player to level up to 60 to get LD? R2 must be a troll then
