Does the event for collecting medallion of soldier and exchange them meaning if I have 45 of them, I can get all the reward before 45 or just 1 to 1 exchange?

Once you do the exchange, you will spend those medallions and they will be removed from your inventory.

its 1:1 you dont get everything below it. These events arent like the recharge/consume awards.
