Fashion cores and leveling clothes via synthesis

Had a couple questions about this. From what I was told, you need 2X fashion core per level to be able to use lucky charms in clothing synthesis. Is this true? For wings it's 5x2 per level. So to get lvl 5 wings= lvl 4 wings + 20 fashion cores and 4 lucky eggs? Any help would be appreciated

Not quite right.
You either use Good luck Charms OR you use Fashion cores, but not both.

There are only two ways to level your clothing/wings.
Let's illustrate by a level 3 clothings.

Method 1: Level 2 Clothing + Level 2 Clothing + 1 Good Luck Charm (100% Success)
Method 2: Level 2 Clothing + Fashion Core (Not 100% Success -- note: this means that your success rate is not high).

To level wings, it's the same, except for the number of good luck charms/fashion cores.

Method 1: Level 2 Wings + Level 2 Wings + 5 Good Luck Charm (100% Success)
Method 2: Level 2 Wings + 5 Fashion Cores (Not 100% Success. If you fail, you lose your 5 fashion core).

To answer your question about level 5 wings, you need either
Method 1: Level 4 Wings + Level 4 Wings + 20 Good Luck Charms
Method 2: Level 4 Wings + 20 Fashion Cores (Very very very very low chance of success).

Well, that's a nice story..if you want us to have fun in this game, make something good : offer us a little help.
I lost 4000 balens in my attempt to level up my wings to level 3 and failed twice.
Give us the chance to have fun in this game, put up a lvl 2 Charm in helping leveling them up.
You must understand that we are not growing money in trees.
I don't care if I invest a little in this game, but don't take us so light. We are not stupid to lose money on something that it doesn't work.

I bought that damn good luck charm also, and it doesn't show that you can put in the syth process.
Maybe I'm not doing something right.
My wings are level 2, and I want to upgrade them to level 3.

Can you give me an advice?

Buy 2 more wings, synthesize them with your current lvl 2. Or ballsy move buy 5 fashion cores and try your luck

To be clear, synthesize the 2 lvl 1 wings together first, then do the 2 lvl 2's. look at the success rate I don't think you need to use lucky charms on them

R213120075, remember that you need to synthesize lvl2 wings with another pair of lvl2 wings in order to upgrade it to lvl 3.

But guys, why bother that much with good luck charms ? At least to a decent lvl like 3 or 4?!
I got lvl 3 wings, and clothings lvl 2,3,4. In the beginning I once used a good luck charm. Then I always tried without. If you fail you only lose the gold, nothing else. Better waste some gold on that instead of wasting charms = balens.
