I have a new question, for phantom dragon wings you need level for (which I have) but I didnt get the wings. Can I keep synthesizing lvl 1 wings to change appearance and get it eventually?or would I have to upgrade to lvl 5 to get the chance for it?

It's a random special clothing. I've seen people with level 5-6 wings that do not have the phantom wings yet. If was them, i would probably cry lol

You can allways mke wings cheaper me not buy the Fashion Core save them for free at Spire but take alot of time.

Phantom dragon wings are reward for recharging 100k balens when server started.
You cant get it from synth, the same with gold hall of fame wings

no, fashion charms only work on synthetizing 2 costumes of same level.
