Downtime is acceptable, these things happen in even the best of games.
At the time of this posting your entire customer base has been left to guess and check when the server will be back up for half a day. I for one do not appreciate being kept in the dark about when the server is expected to come back online. Not asking for an exact time (and date?) here but if you know it will take at least 12 hours let us know. If it will be a couple more hours before you will know how long it might take then let us know that.
A little consideration would be appreciated.
By appreciated I mean financially by the customers who don't get upset and find some other game to spend their entertainment dollars on.
