Make Life Rune exp avaiable for the Rune-System

Life Runes should give exp to runes same as others and bonus exp to Healing Rune.

I'm surprised there's not more support for this idea. Many people still have Life Runes sitting uselessly in their inventory. Make them useful!!!

Yeah, surprised this wasn't done, due to their somewhat rarity and value, they should give +25 or +50 XP each.
