how many tiimes can we talk free in world chat now? i thought since cant get horns from devotion anymore maybe unlimited but appears not since it is now telling me to go buy some horns <,< anyone know the limit?

Well because first there some people whinning about Small Bullhorn is useless. No need for them, and now I bet they will start whinning again about they out of Small Bullhorn.

But it does help stop flamming the chat in the game

I have tried it. Bullhorns in the vault and you can speak up to 10 times. Leave them in teh vault or they get used up though.

you can speak ten times? and then is there a cool off where you can't speak for a number of minutes or an hour? how does it work?
