Yeah the I got 3Xbullhorns as well from liberty chest today. Kind of pointless reward since you don`t need them for world chat any longer.

I got bullhorns from 3 of my 4 chests, I smell more coming from the tank trials chest.

I investigated a bit this time, looks like we still need bullhorns. You can chat 10 times in the world chat without the bullhorns, and after that you start needing them. This resets daily.

I still didn't completely verify this, so someone else might know more.
