According to my tank stats, I should have 5.4k hp on my tank (for lvl4 tank). However, when I play the tank battle, only 5000 hp shows on the hp bar.
Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

I have noticed the same thing. You definitely die when you reach 0, but I didn't check the first few hits taken (maybe the additional invisible health is there and is lost before the base 5k, so the first few attacks shouldn't do damage).
I'll try checking this today. Would help a lot if someone knows. -
Noticed the same thing but never noticed the first few hits. Also had a problem yesterday did not get the 20 tank technology that we normally were getting. What is up with that.Comment

I didn't notice the additional hp. Might be a bug then (but it was a tense fight so I'm still not 100% sure).
I think the tank technology is added at the reset. So look at your tank after 5 AM.Comment
