Sorry to inform all those who have thought any PvP Gear above 55 would be inplemented in the future that they won't be and will never be. I had a link to their forum before, their dev confirmed that they will not develop PvP Gear anymore. However, there were discussions on 'Red Colored' Gear going on, meaning the Legend Set will get upgraded once more. Still, this is only discussion about rumors, can't be sure when or how would they be implemented.

There is no lvl 65 pvp set YET. it may happen it may not the Chinese havent implemented it "yet".

In Lynch NM, there is NO summoner YET
I also heard rumors that it will be in Lynch, but for now, its not out yet.
Just be patient, I guess.. It will come out sooner or later
