Add pm capability in the guild chat screen. Now to pm have to either go to friends, find toon, then pm or go through guild icon/screen.

You can double click the name on the Guild Chat list and open a pm.

Left clicking some1s name in chat will open a window, in which there are option such as:
PM, add friend, blacklist(?), view c-info and something else.

Well, it's all there, except for PM. But like Cafe said, double clicking does the trick.
