As the title of this thread says, I'd like to ask if anyone tech savvy ppl here knows how to disable this function? It appears when we're in battle and click on another tab/window. It seems to be some function of flash to minimize something (my personal guess, but I could be wrong), but I can't seem to find any "menu" to disable this function so I can alt tab while playing wartunes and not have to double click on the screen to be able to use hotkeys...

That function only happens during or immediately after combat. Just park yourself in a safe place and alt-tab away.
