guys iam lv 39 and i do very well in lv 30 BG and only 400 honor leaft for crusder
and some ppl say i won't get honor anymore in lv 30 BG is that true ?

Crusader is the last rank of honor for below level 40, if you wish to gain more honor ranks, you would have to level to 41 to start working to Knight Crusader..
