Recharge

There should be a recharge for 100 balens because: I have used a lot of visa giftcards of varying amounts to recharge in this game and as a result have a lot of visa cards with amounts of 1-3 dollars left and I'm sure a lot of other people have cards with amounts below 5.00 dollars that would use them if there was a recharge for around 1 dollar.
