Is this a suggestion with topic about Free World Chat while having ideas of stop spamming?. Where did the simple rule above come from? Rules made can be change or improved. Such as game update patch. They always being improving and changing. You didn't talk nobody said you can't talk. Comments trash is same thing

No way hell no! for free world chat and your idea is full of holes penalties way too soft that wont stop the trolls.

Someone peoples are nuts, even with a limit chat at world post, there are still some peoples spamming world chat. The best things we can do. Is to allow peoples to chat free and to have the new key mute player so no post or else will be seen from the players you mute. they can spams as much they want only them will see there posts what you think about this one

Free wc is a great idea, works for every other game just like auction house so proof those two work, so arguing against it saying it will ruin the game is against facts. What needs to be done is Free World chat with an ignore option.. why this game doesn't have an ignore option to not see people spam or troll is beyond me but rather World chat is free or not the ignore option is a must.
