Do the events repeat themselves from year to year? Like what if I save the items from this year and apply them to next year's events?

I was actually thinking the same thing. None of this event rewards the players it just asks for more cash from them.
Also i would like to see them change 3x bg kill to 3x bg fights.

is someone forcing you to pay anything? is like they put a gun next to your head and they yelled : "Buy mofo ... buy it or i`ll ..."

Funny event, usually when a MMO does his anniversary, the purpose is to offer gift to the players...but for wartune's anniversary, the purpose is that players have to offer wartune employees more money

i really want all of this month 5 mounts but i'm having doubts about the drop rate of those gift packs.

You buy it as a pack with balens directly.
As far as I know, 3199 balens for the gentle beast card. Only the Razor card can be " easily " get it if you are lucky at the box.
Lets see how many people spam's the 59 balen price.

Given the CHANCE of getting the card I'm betting we will see people doing like 10 chests at a time and opening them that way. At least that's how I plan on doing it to avoid the "I just bought 100 chests and got the card in the first 10" moment. That will also give me a good idea of the actual drop rate for the Marks and allow me to calculate exactly how many chests I need to get if the card DOESN'T drop in order to get Dragon from Mark drops + seal exchange. I'm estimating about $180-$200 in order to get it without getting lucky. That's assuming a 15% drop rate of Marks.
