Read instructions. It's automatic renewal. once you sign up you need to cancel it on your own or make sure your card doesn't have any money in it and then it auto cancels it. If you want to cancel it go to the link provided by Death3kid.

there is no more cancel button in vip state,thou it was coz i used it everytime i renew my vip,i didnt want to take my money when they want too,but now there is no more cancel button,lol weird...
