Is it worth to level up cause my current lvl is 1 now, and I plan to lvl up 2 times. But from calculation. Let's said you take 5,000 damage. 5000 x.02= 100. Just 100% for 2 talents points?

It helps more if you already have heavy mdef and the tanking mage type, especially tanking for dungeons with insane damages. Not much help for pvp.
edit: it's 6% for barrier level 2, not 2%

I already had lvl 1 barrier (5%). So asking is it worth to spend 2 talents points for barrier lvl 3 which is add +2% more.

Think what sunto does, it's similar to that. For example you have 60K HP and taking down seditionist 11 which hits 20k punch.
Your normal sunto can only heal for 3.6k, but his damage is reduced by 20,000 x.07 = 1400.
In total reduction, that's a 38% boost for sunto, or 23.3k extra hp.

Barrier is worth it. Significantly. Both in PvE and PvP. I suggest keeping this talent at max. For example: any time I get my holy seal up to another x5, my very next talent point goes to rank barrier up to the new cap.

Yes, as Sinned has said, Barrier is a must.

Keep in mind that the DRs from Barrier and Goddess Blessing Stack as your Base DR (I've been testing this).

I have L8 GB + TL3 Barrier = 31% DR.

You always want this Base DR% to be as high as possible to have the optimal effect. Eventually, it will hit 44% w/ L10 Talent & L10 Goddess Blessing.

Then your Medallion takes whatever % DR it has off the remaining total - in PvP Only. So in my case (31% Base DR), 10,000 Damage is initially reduced to 6,900 Damage by Base DR, then another 18% for IC Medallion, reducing damage to 5,658 Damage. For a total Reduction of 43.5%.

Then any DR Buffs (Guardian Rune, Apollo, Resto DR) take place after whatever Damage is left after base DR & Medallion.

its one of the best Talent u can use and be good in lvl5 , and have high MADF ,

I prefer to get some skills lvl 1, then level and save up talent points for holy seal, level that like crazy, then focus again on lvl 2 and eventually higher skills non holy seal.
Holy Seal too important later on unfortunately. While I am against it, I wil have to level it first because I will get butthammered if not.
