That makes me wonder if all items and stats are the exact same between the wartune versions. I know for Crystal Saga, the english version is scaled down across the board, while a character with the same everything on the chinese version will have much higher stats. I don't know how to translate ingame content to compare all of that though.

while ours is 1 USD = 100 Balen

With the 10 USD = 61 CNY (from that other mod that posted it)

100 USD = 610 CNY

Crypt Key USD cost 75 Balen = 75/100 = 0.75
Crypt Key CNY cost 18 Balen = 18/610 = 0.03

Conclusion.... CN still cost way less Balen ^

However, it still depends on which items you're looking at in Shop, some CN shop item cost less, some cost same or more. (when converted to USD)

CN wing cost 1600 (NA cost 2000)
CN Clothing, Fashion Core and Luck Charm cost 300 (NA cost 400)
CN Roses cost same as NA
CN Drills Cost 50 (NA cost 190)
CN Spirit Convent 31 day cost 340 (NA cost 1300)
CN VIP 180 day cost 2400 (NA cost 800 x 6 = 4800)
CN Crypt Key cost 18 (NA cost 75)
CN Lv.5 Gem Transporter cost 15 (NA cost 75)

So... depending on what you're aiming in Shop, it will either cost way less or way more.
Tho... most popular are Crypt Key, Spirit convent, and VIP... and CN cost way less for those.

Based on the wording of ArqBrasil's quote he is saying that you receive more Balens in R2 wartune than in CN version for the same amount of money. I don't know whether that is true but that is how what he typed reads.

It is false.
A friend of mine plays divine comedy and basically one balen costs 1/4 of what Wartune (all publishers have same price) charges.

So this means... 7Road isn't actually P2W due to easy access to Cash Items and in another thread "crit Knights" are CN's main Knights.
whereas R2 is major-P2W... so if you don't have more than 500,000 USD, you can't do the above.

Most chinese people are poor as hell, and since only chinese people can recharge there, there's a HUGE gap between cashers and non cashers.

Saying recharge meant those poor people are playing Wartune.

If so, that means they have internet, and I give the reasoning that they would rather be playing in a F2P game that doesn't require a lot of money to be able to compete with others.
