Guild Ranks - Some Suggestions

As it stands the ranking system is as follows:

Guild Master - Has full control
Assistant Guild Master - Can kick/promote members
Guild Officer - Can kick
Member

There are a few issues with this that I can see:

1) Assistant Guild Master should have full control of the guild, just as Guild Master does.

2) The only rank above member is Officer which gives kicking responsibilities.. There is no way to reward a player for hard work without giving them this power.

Suggestion:

1) As above

2) Put in a full military ranking system from Member all the way to General (which becomes the new Officer Title with the same responsibilities)

It just seems a bit stupid to me that there are only 4 ranks, 2 of which do exactly the same thing. And players cannot be rewarded for their contribution etc.

ur forgetting that assistants can also modify announcement and set the list for guild battle.


there is a good distribution in ranks.

- officers can accept/kick members

- assistants can promote/demote members, accept/kick, change guild announce, set guild battle list, upgrade tower skills

- master can promote/demote members and officers, accept/kick, change guild announce and intro, set guild battle list, summon TOA and DA, change guild name, send recruitment link and upgrade guild


although i find this a good setup it might be nice that a guild master can give 1 assistant permission to summon TOA and DA.
a guild master is still u human and cant always be there on time and account sharing is forbidden so...

why is assistant seen as a reward?? same like guild officer.. its mostly to lighten the job off the master.. and wont be given to a "good" person who the master doesn't even know that well.

if someone in the guild puts out and is noticed he will get his reward back in help, info and in times the guild chests
