The problem is, with the new voucher nerf people are gonna have less vouchers to spend or spend less to save up for other stuff now. Less vouchers on wb = less damage on wb. Less damage on wb = less health on wb next time. Which means less gold, less daru. Voucher nerf is **.

on our server he got 15m hp,it died in less than 5 minutes

It is bc the maintenance people. No one killed the last WB therefore it stayed alive the whole hour. Since the hp changes on how fast or slow you kill the boss and the boss didn't die. So the hp decreased. It will be back to normal tmrw.

No, it is based on the number of peoples online during that time. We tried to all go all out to kill a particular WB (think died within 5 mins) and by tomorrow, the HP is still THE SAME.
