You can't advance any talent beyond level 1 without holy seal 15. A level 9 talent would require a holy seal of 85 and 9 points into the actual talent - thus, one would need a MINIMAL total talent level of 94 (85 points in holy seal and all 9 of the remaining points into ONE talent). ZebQ has a total talent level of 14.

High hs is great but if he want be faster On 80v...and dont need high talents... when he get 80v he for sure start working on talents you can be disagre with this...i can say this is good idea
