FREE Player can only get pig

Max Anniversary Seals you can get as a Free Player is 230 (without Soul Crystal, which is already over)
If the Ultimate Refine works for Green Equip, still yet unconfirmed... you get 3 Beast Mark.

10 Seal = 1 Mark
230 Seal = 23 Mark

23 + 3 = 26 Mark

This means you still need 14 more Mark to get Hawkstrider

So it's impossible for Free Player to obtain Hawkstrider

And if you're a Casher, each Anniversary Pack cost 60 balen
Each pack gives you 1 Seal (and around every 30~50 packs gives you 1 mark)

so by Seal you need 140 Packs or 8400 balen (you'll probably get a Razer Dragon with that if you're lucky tho, so it'll be getting 2 mount for 84 USD)
